Sam Arami

I build AI companies, and I teach the model behind them.

Founder of NextCallAgent, an AI venture studio, and AI Venture Launch, a 24-week accelerator. Before that, an investment banker at RBC who walked away at 22, failed five times, and rebuilt from $647 in the bank. This site is the long version.

In short

By 22 I was an investment banker at RBC. Then I failed at five businesses in a row. The years since have gone into building the thing I could not find: a way to sell AI to serious companies without becoming a freelancer. The answer was a model, not a tool. Build one custom system for one dream client, then license it to the whole industry. I run that model at NextCallAgent, teach it at AI Venture Launch, and film the real numbers as The AI Clubhouse.

Now

What I'm doing this year.

Companies

The companies I own.

Four so far. One exited, three running, all built on the same idea.

Client histories, with receipts, are on the results page.

The story

How I got here.

$200K at RBC by 22. Then $647 in the bank. Then a camera, ChatGPT, and the first client.

Beliefs

Five things I believe.

01
Cold outreach is dead for premium services.

Inbound authority is the only mechanism that works at scale for $10K to $100K deals. Everyone still pitching cold email as strategy has not updated their model.

02
Authority beats skills.

A specific niche and a credible profile open more doors than another certification. Mid-market buyers trust authority, not resumes.

03
Your story is the offer.

The ex-banker speaks CFO. The former paramedic understands field services. Nobody's background is irrelevant. Most people just cannot see their own assets.

04
The mechanism is not the outcome.

Explain how the AI works on a discovery call and you lose. Buyers pay for what changes for them, not for how you made it change.

05
Build for clients, not for yourself.

Until there are paying clients, the only systems worth building are the ones that produce conversations and close deals. Everything else is procrastination dressed as productivity.

Things I've said out loud.

Long-form, unscripted, with the numbers left in.

Say hello.

I read everything that reaches sam@theaiclubhouse.com. A build, a talk, a reference, or a question about the model: that is the door.
